We believe that customer delight creates an emotional affinity towards a product or service, not just rational preference and this creates high customer loyalty. At tallyshop.com customer satisfaction is number one priority. How do we achieve it? By giving the customer a voice and listening to it. When our customers told us that changing the invoice format in tally was a major priority we listened to them, after taking their input and using our expertise in tally definition language (TDL), we have designed more user friendly reports.

The point is when a customer talks we listen. Of, course we are not saying that we are perfect, but what we are saying is that we will never be 100% satisfied, until you are, too.
